It's that time of year again... we're bringing the whole gang down to Austin for SXSW festivities. Suited and booted!

First up is our inaugural "Texas Takeover" party on Thursday, 3/18 at Republic Live, featuring Travis x A-Trak, Donnis, Treasure Fingers, Congorock, Kingdom and Sammy Bananas. Get advance tickets here.

Then the following night (Friday 3/19) at Malverde we go even bigger with our official SXSW showcase, featuring Vega, Kid Sister w/ Flosstradamus, Telephoned, Jokers Of The Scene, Trackademicks, The Suzan, Nick Catchdubs, Malente, our extended fam Theophilus London, and... surprise guests? You'll just have to come thru and see, free entry with SXSW badge (get there early - this will fill up!)

One notable new announcement is the Mad Decent / iheartcomix / Jelly NYC Carniville, a free daytime bash featuring a million great artists including our own Kid Sister, Jokers Of The Scene and Nick Catchdubs. We'll also be there manning the FG booth with merch, giveaways, games and more. RSVP and come thru!

Greenmoney have a podcast mix for their party at Plan B in Brixton this Saturday.

Jokers Of The Scene remixed Boy 8-Bit and made a new DJ mix for the launch of the Happy Please blog.

Nick Catchdubs remixed Kidz In The Hall with Proper Villains - Kidz's album is in stores today, go pick it up, and check them on tour with our boy Donnis.

And if you haven't snagged it already, grab Dust La Rock and Star Eyes' goth-y mix for Mishka!

We've had an action packed start to 2010 with THREE new FG debut releases for you to enjoy. First up was the not-quite-cover song madness of Sammy Bananas and Maggie Horn's new duo Telephoned, followed by the anthemic ATL jam "Gone" by Donnis and Kingdom's futuristic banger "Mind Reader."

That's quite the hat trick if we do say so ourselves! Throw in remixes by Craze and Nosaj Thing (Donnis) and Todd Edwards, L-Vis1990 and Bok Bok (Kingdom), and you've got a massive chunk of music to enjoy. Go peep these releases again and stay tuned for more from FG.
