Why watch the throne when you can watch the turntables? “Stingray” is the result of a particularly inspired studio session in London this fall between deejay heroes A-Trak and Zinc. The duo strapped classic warehouse breakbeats and sirens to a depth charge, detonating one bass monster of a tune that you’ll hear ringing out of clubs all winter. As if that wasn’t enough, the two enlisted another friend – none other than dubstep pioneer Benga – to work his magic on a remix. And the Magnetic Man does not disappoint, turning in a banger that takes “Stingray” even deeper into full on rave Atlantis territory.
