Jokers Of The Scene head back overseas next week to kick off their “No Gods, No Tour Managers” trek. The duo will traverse the old continent for a month, armed with only the best in dancefloor decapitators and mind expanders – including tons of new JOTS originals (which you’ll be hearing on FG very soon) and forthcoming remixes for the likes of Chromeo and Salem. Diversity!
While we’re on the topic of switching things up, the latest remix from Booth + Chameleonic’s beat lab is not a clubber at all, but a slow-rolling slice of Madchester-dipped psychedelia. JOTS’ “Treehouse Dub” of their old Ottawa neighbors The Acorn’s wonderfully named “Bobcat Goldwraith” is out this week as part of a new remix LP , but you can soak up all it’s washed out, 101 BPM glory right now thanks to our friends at RCRD LBL.
To rave things right back up, grab JOTS’ “Revolting Joks,” out now on iTunes, Beatport, and vinyl.
We still here and we still hungry! Hit the jump for Yelawolf throwbacks, New Jack Swingin, and a bunch of goodies from all the usual and unusual suspects who make Thursday the perfect day for some Rappin Ass Rapps. Read More

FG friend Alexander Robotnick unleashed a new treat on the Jackmode blog this week, a bootleg of DHS’s classic “House Of God” treated with some signature AR synthwork. Dimensional holofonic sound indeed…
For more Robotnick, his “Obsession For The Disco Freaks” is out now on iTunes, Beatport and good ol vinyl, with remixes by Lil Bo Tweak, Freeform Five and Nacho Lovers. If you haven’t figured it out yet, this is a hidden Fool’s Gold gem that we will flog until the end of time. So get right!
