Jokers of the Scene invade Toronto once again for the latest edition of the “Squares Stay Home” party at Wrongbar (1279 Queen St. W.) this Saturday, Jan 19th. They’re bringing the Mad Decent homie Paul Devro with them, as well as Fistfight Andrew of Nacho Lovers. The above flyer is entirely accurate, BTW.

Our dudes (The) Count (of Monte Cristal) and Sinden officially announced their signing to Domino Records, which is a nicely timed follow-up to their Essential Mix for BBC’s Radio 1, which aired this past weekend. Here’s the mix (up until the end of the week) and here’s the tracklist. It’s all gone Pete Tong! Kid Sister pops up all over the mix, including her own joints “Pro Nails” and “Switch Board,” her forthcoming collaboration with Pase Rock and Tittsworth called “WTF,” and her guest appearance on Count and Sinden’s first single, “Beeper,” which hits stores on March 16th.
