Naturally, it’s called Dream A Little Dream, and FCZ did it for no real reason other than the fact that he’s awesome at making mixes, The Dream is awesome at making R&B, and goddamn it, that’s good enough! This past Friday we had our 2nd annual Fool’s Gold holiday jam. Even with a NYC blizzard in full effect all day, the true believers came out to party with the FG fam and our special guests DJ Premier and Cipha Sounds. Kid Sister and Trackademicks cut it up on the dancefloor, Daniel LA Riots and Linus JOTS were spotted with Pepsi-n-Hennessy coctails in hand, Primo dropped “Hold It Now Hit It,” and a festive time was had by all. (Dust swears he saw Macaulay Culkin in the mix but I don’t believe him he needs more people).

Sydney’s Bag Raiders just dropped this funky piano of a remix for OZ label-mates ZZZ. You should play it really loud while dancing around your room or washing your car or Twittering from your phone or doing any of the simple things that make life worth living.

Following in the footsteps of Pitbull, Travis & AM, and Joseph Guillermo Jones, Joell Ortiz and Collie Buddz have recorded their own versions of Kid Cudi’s “Day ‘N’ Nite.” Collie even has two takes, one solo and one with Chip Fu (what up doc?)
